Our Fitin6 programme is designed for beginner and intermediate women new to CrossFit. You will learn a range of different exercises to challenge and develop your strength and fitness level with like minded women. A female coached 6 week training programme to introduce women to Crossfit. The perfect place to begin your fitness journey and join a community that support and encourage each other.
You do not need to be in shape to start training with the ladies! Everything will be adjusted to suit each your fitness level and make sure that you have a enjoyable workout.

CrossFit Teens at Remarkables Crossfit is a fun and energetic fitness & strength program for teens ranging from 13 to 17 years old
Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, improve your fitness & strength to see the difference in your chosen sports.

Remarkables CrossFit offer a comprehensive beginners program designed to prepare you for a smooth and safe transition into our ongoing group CrossFit classes. It’s important to learn the basic movements necessary for group classes where you need to be moving efficiently, safely and have a good understanding of the different techniques.
WHAT’S INCLUDED? Our CrossFit Fundamentals program includes 4 x 60 minute sessions per week over the course of 2 weeks with one of our certified coaches. You’ll learn perfect form on the movements that build the base for our workouts and finish off with a short CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day) to get your fitness up. These sessions are structured with the goal to get you into group classes as soon as possible.
On completion of the CrossFit Fundamentals program you are free to join any CrossFit group class.

NOTE: All new members MUST complete a CrossFit Fundamentals program before proceeding with the regular CrossFit membership.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines gymnastics, cardio and weightlifting.
All CrossFit classes begin with a group warm-up and mobility work, followed by strength or skill development, and then finishing with the daily WOD (Workout of the Day).
Classes are led by a certified trainer in a group setting, no larger than 14 members per class – to ensure focus, training, and camaraderie are at a maximum.
